The business area "Environment & Energy" stands for sustainability, health and energy efficiency. The “Moisture Monitoring System” from SAT-Kabel® is used for moisture detection and its localization in buildings.
In order to keep the heat transfer coefficient U-value permanently low, the moisture sensor cable for moisture monitoring can be inserted into the insulation or onto the insulation in the screed. For this purpose, the Sächsisches Textilforschungsinstitut e. V. (STFI) developed special moisture sensor cables.
A very flat moisture sensor cable detects even low moisture on surfaces. It is suitable for room surveillance and to control our mold guard. These work fully automatically to prevent mold growth in problem areas.
